Pauline Eio, de Guipry-Messac au sud de Rennes, s'inspire de contes et légendes bretonnes pour trouver l'inspiration. Depuis deux ans, elle a déjà écrit quatre romans "feel good" : "Écoute le chant des songes", "Le compte à rebours de ma seconde vie", "L'Empreinte de nos actes" et "Détox, forêt et complications", son dernier ouvrage. This was a nice read because it stayed simple and didn’t make me feel like I had to decode anything. The points flowed in a way that actually sticks, and I liked how it used quick everyday examples instead of just tossing out tips with no context.
